From the first conversation with you it was really easy to navigate how things should be coordinated.  I really appreciate your time, effort and guidance when it came to making recommendations and simply just talking through the process.  It was extremely helpful, especially since this was my first time booking/working with a professional photographer.  

When working with Eric, he called in the morning to prepare a tentative plan for the shoot that evening.  When he arrived, he knew exactly what I was looking for, communicated effectively what he needed from me and was just working with maximum efficiency. 

I absolutely loved the pictures he captured of the immediate family, my wife, son… grandma and sister.  However, when I looked through all the family photos, just yesterday… he was able to capture such a unique look for each of the families and I loved seeing the different approach to each individual group.  It really made a neat experience, because we had a very diverse group and some of the folks had just met for the first time earlier in the week. 

From the comments I’ve received from the group… everyone loved Eric’s attitude, professionalism and ability to really capture some great family pics, perfect lighting and positioning on the beach…  along with some fun pics of the kids and a few great group pics. It was really gorgeous; he was really great.

The process was perfectly relaxed and efficient with a final product that exceeded all expectations.  I just want to thank you and Eric and let you know how special this was for everyone.  Also, the experience from the first phone call to the end result, everything really was perfect.  It is not very often that I feel this way about any business interaction, but you nailed it!
