To book your wedding date, we require a $500 deposit via PayPal/Visa/Mastercard/Discover or check, and the completed and signed contract. Once we receive the contract and retainer, your date is officially confirmed in our books. We will start a file on your wedding, send you a receipt of deposit stating exactly what you signed up for and start working on the details of your big day!

Payment schedule is as follows: 50% contracted amount 3 months out from wedding date/final monies due anytime up to two weeks before the wedding date. Payments are not accepted the day of the wedding.  Please review the terms and conditions on our contract for more details.

If you are interested in securing the date, which is the most important thing, but are not quite sure about a package, you can always fill out the contract, leave the package section blank, send it in with deposit and the date is yours! Contact us as soon as you can at 252-207-2293
